Monday - Thursday

3 Classes Available
Starting at: 5:30 AM, 5:15 PM, 6:15 PM

7:15 PM On Ramp Intro class (duration of 2 weeks) 

Friday

Open Gym 5:30AM and 5:30PM - 7 PM (Current Members Only)

Saturday (*schedule only)

9:00 AM Open workout to new individuals or Friends of Members that are 1st timers only
11:00 AM 1-Day Seminars

Types of Classes  

  • Intro to CrossFit Movements Class (Appointment Only)
  • On Ramp Class (Appointment Only)
  • CrossFit Class 
  • Combine Training during the months of (January-March)
  • Speed and Agility & Strength and Conditioning for ages (7-18)
  • College Speed and Agility & Strength and Conditioning ages (19-22)
  • Minor and Professional training speciality classes.

SUmmer hours: Performance training (Monday-thurday)  

9 AM & 4 PM : kids ages 12 and under

10 - 12 PM & 5 PM : college athletes

6 PM : all ages
