Team Dead Lift 135lbs Sarah, Sarah, EC, Morgan, Christina, 225lb partner lift weights were changed due to fatigue in back or failure in technique

5 reps and 45 second break until you reach 50 reps total

Technique

feet placement, back posture, arms straight, shoulder squeezing together,

Brittnay….leg press, single leg lunge squat 5 each leg with ankle hops 20 and 10 with single leg hops then one lap arounds 10 rounds.

  • 10x3 Bench Press moving up in weight each set 65lbs, 75lbs, 85lbs, 95lbs, 100lbs, 115lbs

  • 300 reps on abs before going to bed.
