Every Minute on the Minute (EMOM) for 30 minutes

  • 1st Minute 95lb Dead Lift 8 reps  *(keep back flat, weight in the heels, extend the hips at the top of the pulll
  • 2nd Minute Burpees over Bar *Must jump over bar with two feet 10 reps
  • 3rd Minute Jumping Pull-Ups 12 reps
