[you may split up the movements and share the reps however you like]

[teams min of 2 no more than 4 people in a group]

trainers feel free if people are needing an extra person b/c of small groups then participate with them.

The running can be split up either inside or outside.  For instance some woman may not want to run all 400 meters so you can have some split the distance by running around the turf for 200 meters and then who ever is next can complete the other 200 meters inside proceeding whoever is willing to go outside for the full 400 meters can run that one time outside instead of being inside.
