MOBILITY

SKILL/TECHNIQUE:

Deadlift form, Work up to a 3 rep max in 5 sets.  Pull-up variations (scaled through RX+):  jumping pull-up, band assist, kipping, butterfly, chest to bar.

WOD: 

  • 21 pull-ups, 5 deadlifts (225/155)
  • 15 pull-ups, 5 deadlifts 
  • 9 pull-ups, 5 deadlifts
