- 200m run, 50 DU, 50 partner sit-ups
- 200m run, 40 DU, 40 partner sit-ups
- 200m run, 30 DU, 30 partner sit-ups
- 200m run, 20 DU, 20 partner sit-ups
- 200m run, 10 DU, 10 partner sit-ups
** The run and the sit-ups are to be done together, as teammates! The double unders (DU) can be divided up in any way between the partners. Sit-ups can be weighted or with PVC pipe for a greater challenge.
