  • Ring Dips (band assist, Rx, kipping)

WOD

15 minute AMRAP Ladder

  • Pull-Ups
  • Box Jumps (24"/20")
  • Ring Dips

* The ladder begins with 2 reps of each movement for the first round. Then increases by 2 reps every round. 2,4,6,8.... etc until time is up! Good times ahead, good times, y'all!
