  • Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
  • Double Unders
  • Plank
  • Push-Ups

* We will move through each activity with 20 seconds of work, and ten seconds of rest. Score will be total number of reps for the entire WOD (not including plank). Record tally after each full round.
