Double under practice. Then some more practice, after that practice! If you don't have your own rope yet,  it is a worthwhile investment! It will change your world. Here's an article on how to measure for a rope, and tips for achieving your double unders!

WOD

4 Rounds for Time (RFT):

  • 400m run
  • 50 Double Unders (DU) (multiply by 3 for number of single rope skips)
  • 15 T2B

**Do as many Double Unders AS POSSIBLE each round. Even if it's only 5 before switching to single rope skips.
