In Teams of 3:

20 min AMRAP - only 2 team members working at one time

  • Station 1 = 6 Tire Flips (we'll find the right one for your skill/strength)
  • Station 2 = 20 Box Jumps (24"/20" - Show Control at the Top, can step down)
  • Station 3 = Rest

Rotate only when both workers are complete with their station

Score = total rounds (how many times you rotate) + reps
