  • 30 goblet squats (53/35)
  • 30 pull-ups
  • 30 KB thursters
  • 30 burpees
  • 30 alternating weighted lunges (30 each leg, 60 total)

When the above work is complete, your score for the WOD will be the number of WALL WALKS you complete before 20 minutes is up!

***Use the KB goblet squat weight for the KB thrusters, and weighted lunges.
