Full squat cleans OR back squats!
*Working up to the weight where you can accomplish these at a heavier load, unbroken.
EMOM for 8 minutes:
- 1 squat clean
- 2 front squats
- 3 back squats
- 2 pull-ups & 2 ring dips
**Make this decision based upon how your body feels (especially your back)... and olympic lifting interest!
