We are so so proud of everyone who is participating in the CrossFit Open Games, at at any level!! Every year we each get stronger, improve our skills, and feel more confident! Thrusters and push press form review.

WOD

6 minute AMRAP:

  • 9 pushups
  • 15 sit-ups 

Then in 2 minutes maximum reps of air squats.

Rest exactly 1 minute.

6 minute AMRAP:

  • 9 Toes to Bar 
  • 15 Push Press (65/35)

Then in 2 minutes, maximum reps of thrusters.

Rest exactly 1 minute.

6 minute AMRAP:

  • 9 Burpees
  • 15 Box Jumps (24/20)

Then in 2 minutes, maximum reps of Double Unders.

***Total score is the combination max reps of air squats, thrusters, and double unders ONLY.
