Ring Dips

 

NOTE: While one partner is performing power cleans the other partner is holding the top position of the ring dip.

While one partner is performing ring dips the other partner is holding the bar in the front rack position.

You can switch out at any point during the workout. Break up the reps between the two of you however you would like.
