Relay race
break up into even teams, using 15 yards of the field your team will complete 20 passes of bear crawl wall ball push (15 yards is one pass) at start one team member will bear crawl wall ball push down to the 15 yard line then toss the ball back to the next partner and that partner will go and the next and so on. also make sure as you are tossing the ball back you are also returning to the starting line again (20lb wall balls only)
