9AM-10AM- 7yr olds-12yr olds

10AM-12PM- high school to college group

4PM- evening kids group 7yr olds-12yr olds

5PM-7PM- high school to college group

CrossFit training summer schedule:

5:30AM- closed now- need at lease 3 people to start this class up again. Let us know if you're interested.

11AM- lunch group

5:15PM
6:15PM
7:15PM
