CrossFit is many things. Primarily, it’s a fitness regimen developed by Coach Greg Glassman over several decades. He was the first person in history to define fitness in a meaningful, measurable way (increased work capacity across broad time and modal domains). CrossFit itself is defined as that which optimizes fitness (constantly varied functional movements performed at relatively high intensity). CrossFit is also the community that spontaneously arises when people do these workouts together. In fact, the communal aspect of CrossFit is a key component of why it’s so effective.

Why do have CrossFit at Warehouse Performance? Because we know first hand the tremendous results from CrossFit training - their slogan is appropriate: "Forging Elite Fitness".

For our non-athlete members, we use CrossFit training.

Warehouse Performance Professional Training is for professional athletes, whether Olympic, major league, or national association in nature, our training is to bring out beast mode in its most pure form.

Warehouse Performance Professional Training is for professional athletes, whether Olympic, major league, or national association in nature, our training is to bring out beast mode in its most pure form.

We work athletes at a high level in Montgomery, AL.  Training high level athletes have specific needs, programs, rehabilitations, and many other attributes that need to be assed before training to meet the athletes requirements.  We want these athletes to call this place home for them and give them an opportunity to give back to the community, but also have the privacy and training attention that professional athletes need to perform at a high level.
